  • We recently scoped and managed a $300K air conditioning upgrade for a major residential aged provider. We took the hassle away from the CEO and worked with both clinical staff and trades to deliver a seamless outcome.

  • We delivered a major electrical upgrade for one of Australia’s most respected private equity companies.

    The contract was a full upgrade of a commercial footprint inclusive of underground boring, new switchboards and the implementation of a 1000KVA transformer.

  • We’ve been building homes from over 30 years. We no longer build but rather project manage the entire process for clients.

    In our experience, even though we work for families (the client) trades prefer to deal with us because we know the hurdles. They prefer not to have to explain everything from the beginning.

    Yes we hold trades accountable and ensure progress payments are made on time, but we also remove the burden families have of needing to deal with trades. You don’t need to rush home early from work: we’ve got you covered.

  • We steer well away from major high rise apartment builds - our focus is on the mid-tier and niche markets.

    Either way, we can and have delivered everything from a marina upgrade through to a new administration block for a school. Whether it be a weekend AirBnB through to a flooring contract; we will make it happen.
