• Our model is based on a set fee - not a percentage - thereby reducing both fixed costs (the need to employ people) and ensuring you don’t receive unwanted surprises.

• When we manage assets and infrastructure for clients, our set fee means:

  • CFOs can easily budget the expense on an annual basis.

  • The asset management cycle is clearly understood which means you know in advance what needs to be replaced or upgraded.

  • You don’t need to deal with a plethora of trades, engineers or specialists: we do it all for you and provide management with scheduled reports.

  • Our sole purpose is to reduce your risk and ensure compliance.

  • We also don’t do surprises. We appreciate that contractors often ‘low ball’ proposals to get in the door and then ‘rip’ clients off with exclusions and endless variations. That’s not our style and that type of behaviour does not occur under our watch.
