  • Our model is based on a set fee - not a percentage - thereby reducing both fixed costs (the need to employ people).

    • CFOs can easily budget the expense on an annual basis.

    • The asset management cycle is clearly understood which means you know in advance what needs to be replaced or upgraded.

    • Our sole purpose is to ensure compliance.

    • We also don’t do surprises. We appreciate that contractors often ‘low ball’ to secure a service level agreement and then frankly, ‘rip clients off’ once in the door. That’s not our style and it does not happen under our watch.

Case Study

We recently took over a residential aged care facility who had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on new equipment and yet contractors across various assets didn’t speak to each other. Hundreds of thousands of dollars was spent on fire infrastructure and yet, the system wasn’t compliant. Once engaged we worked with Fire and Emergency Services and went to tender for the design and implementation of a cyclical fire maintenance program. We managed the entire process and it took us six weeks tidying up loose ends and to get everything back on track.

We make zero excuses for engaging only the best trades and contractors. Our approach is as follows:

  • Our trades effectively communicate and turn up on time.

  • As an organisation we DO NOT have cosy relationships with wholesalers, nor do we accept commissions of any nature.

  • We analyse and assess all quotes to ensure value for money. Doing so holds contractors accountable and prevents them from becoming complacent.

  • We refuse to issue contracts or advise to appoint a contractor where the contract / service level agreement is predicated on exclusions. Companies / trades / contractors need to be up-front or they miss out.

  • Variations are the exception NOT the rule. How do we reduce variations and surprises for clients? We pride ourselves - through chairing the Project Control Group - on scoping work thoroughly from the very beginning.
